| This is really a wonderful part of the city. Here and in Leblon
we can find most of Rio’s better restaurants, bars and nightclubs.
At the beach the lifeguard posts 9 and 10 are popular with the young
crowd. And the sunsets are very nice from here, especially from
the Arpoador rock at the beginning of the beach. At Jardim de Alah
a canal from the lake Rodrigo de Freitas separates Ipanema from
Leblon. There are few hotels in this areas. |
